A 40-site pilot that became a national programme

I secured the first APAC contract for Huawei's RF planning services, opening a new revenue stream for that portfolio in the region. Separately, I led a 40-site optimisation pilot for an operator, then turned its results into the business case for a national programme.

ResultA national services programme estimated at over $2M. Throughput in the pilot cluster was reported internally as up by more than a fifth, and the customer deferred an estimated few hundred thousand dollars of capacity spend.

Holding a four-party OSS/BSS transformation together

I directed a team of about 40 across architecture, software, integration, testing and operating-model change, and chaired the biweekly steering between the operator and three technology vendors. My job was to turn ambiguity into owners, interfaces, risks and decisions.

I led RF engineering across about 1,100 live 5G standalone O-RAN sites, ran migrations totalling 532 sites, and managed a team of five engineers. I turned KPI, alarm and field evidence into prioritised fixes and executive decisions, and built an AI-assisted assurance workflow (Sheldon) on my own initiative.
